At Traverseon, we strive to provide you with a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return items within 30 days of receiving them under the following conditions:

1. Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for most regular-priced items.

  • Condition: Items must be in brand-new, sellable condition—unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Exclusions: For health and safety reasons, opened or used gear (such as sleeping equipment or cookware) cannot be returned unless found defective upon arrival.

  • Refunds: Once inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

2. The Traverseon Warranty (Damaged or Incorrect Items)

If we made an error or your item arrived damaged, we will take full responsibility.

  • Full Support: Contact us at support@traverseon.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos/video of the issue.

  • No Cost to You: For confirmed defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return label and cover all replacement or refund costs.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To ensure your refund is processed correctly, please follow these steps:

  1. Request Authorization: Email support@traverseon.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct return warehouse address.

  2. Unauthorized Returns: Please do not send items back to the sender's address on the package or without an RMA; these cannot be processed.

  3. Shipping Responsibility: For standard returns (change of mind), the customer covers return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Traverseon is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

4. Important Policy Considerations

  • 1-Hour Cancellation Window: To ensure fast delivery, our fulfillment system begins processing orders almost immediately. You may cancel for a full refund within 1 hour of purchase. After this window, the order cannot be halted, and the standard return process will apply.

  • Final Sale Items: All items purchased at a discount (including Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and other promotions) are Final Sale. These items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive defective.

  • Traverseon Suv Sleeping Platforms : Due to their specialized nature and heavy logistics, platforms are subject to product-specific terms, please review the Product Detail Page for your specific model before purchasing.

  • Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
