Processing & Dispatch

Shipping Coverage & Address Requirements

• We ship to valid residential or commercial street addresses.
  
• We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO, or unsupported remote areas for this item.
  
• Please ensure your address is complete and accurate (unit number, gate code, phone number if required). Incorrect addresses may lead to delays, return-to-sender fees, or re-delivery charges.

Final Sale & No “Change of Mind” Returns

Because this is a large freight item shipped by sea, we do not accept returns for:

• change of mind
  
• ordered by mistake
  
• no longer needed
  
• “it didn’t fit” due to incorrect measurement or misunderstanding of product requirements

Eligible Returns (When We Will Help)

We will provide a replacement part, exchange, or refund only if:

1. The item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, or
   
2. Parts are missing due to packing error
   

To qualify, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• photos/video showing the issue
  
• photos of outer packaging and shipping label
  
• description of the problem

• full refund (if the item is confirmed unusable and replacement is not feasible)
  

Shipping Damage Claims

If there is visible shipping damage, you must:

• photograph the damage at delivery, and
  
• keep all packaging materials
  
  Carrier notes at delivery help speed up claims.
  

Cancellations

• If you cancel before the shipment is dispatched, we can cancel and refund (payment processing fees may be deducted where applicable).
  
• If the shipment has already been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. Any return-to-sender, storage, or interception fees will be the customer’s responsibility.
  

Refused Delivery / Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to:

• incorrect address
  
• no recipient available
  
• refusal to accept delivery
  
• unpaid carrier fees (if applicable)
  

Any additional costs (return shipping, re-delivery, storage) will be deducted from the refund or billed to the customer.

Return Condition (If a Return Is Approved)

If a return is approved in writing by our support team:

• item must be unused and in original packaging
  
• return shipping for freight items is expensive; costs and arrangements will be confirmed case-by-case
