We hope you're pleased with the product you've bought! In the event you're not totally satisfied, we've made our return process simple.

Cancellation
Customers are able to request a full return within 24hrs of placing an order at Traverseon.com.
We will charge a transaction cost when you request a refund within 24 hours of the time that the purchase is made and before delivery has been completed (2.6 percent for customers using credit cards, 3.6% for PayPal users, 3.3% for Klarna customers).
Orders are not able to be cancelled for longer than 30 days after they have been shipped.
Return
This service for return is available for US customers only.
If you are not satisfied with the purchase, you are able to return the item you bought in their original packaging within 30 days from the date you received them to receive an exchange or a refund.
If you have waited 30 days after the purchase date and we have not received your purchase, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund.
If you have a problem with the quality of our products If you have a quality issue, we'll give you the full amount back or a replacement at no cost within 30 days after receiving the item.
Make sure you collect the package first if the order was shipped and you wish you to exchange it. Contact our Traverseon Support at support@traverseon.com to receive instructions for return the package.
Be aware that a double shipping charge can be deducted from the initial payment in the event that you decline the shipment.
The customer will be charged shipping as well as a transaction fee (2.6 percent for credit card customers, 3.6% for PayPal customers) in the case of a return for US purchases.
Return Process
Contact Traverseon Support via support@traverseon.com to begin returning process. You must provide the proof of purchase, like an invoice.
We will provide you with directions regarding how to properly package the products and then return the items to us. Please ensure that all the components are in the package.
Refund
Once you've returned the item in our store, we'll make a refund in 14 days. You will be notified via email when your purchase has been returned. If you are still not receiving the refund within 14 days, please contact us at support@traverseon.com.
