2015

From Passion to the First Step

Ten years ago, I was just an ordinary city dweller, busy with work and caught in the routine of daily life. That all changed when I decided to challenge myself and experience the great outdoors. My first hiking trip completely transformed me. From winding mountain trails to wide-open fields, every step brought a sense of freedom and peace, far from the noise of city life. As my love for the outdoors grew, I began to notice a problem: the outdoor gear I used was often bulky and inconvenient, making it harder to enjoy spontaneous trips or quick getaways.

2017

Seeing Opportunity in the Problem

Every time I set out, I found myself spending hours preparing gear. Backpacks were too heavy, tents were complicated, and cooking equipment was cumbersome. These challenges affected my experience. Most outdoor brands focused on high-intensity adventures, while for casual travelers like me, their gear was overkill. I began to ask myself: Could I create lightweight, functional gear that made it easier to hit the road for quick trips? That’s when the idea of building a new brand was born—a brand that would make outdoor exploration simple and enjoyable.

Building the Brand Vision

I dove deep into market research, talking to fellow outdoor enthusiasts to understand their needs. I realized that people weren’t just looking for high-performance gear—they wanted something that was easy to use and carry. That’s when I came up with the brand philosophy: "Simplify Your Outdoor Life". I wanted to combine the convenience of urban living with the freedom of outdoor exploration, making it possible for anyone to get out and enjoy nature without the hassle of complicated gear.

2021

From Concept to Reality

In 2021, I decided to turn my vision into reality. I started working with designers, manufacturers, and suppliers, sketching prototypes and carefully selecting each product. Every prototype went through countless iterations and tests. Whether it was designing a tent that could be set up quickly, creating lightweight backpacks with easy-to-use systems, or making compact cooking gear, I was hands-on every step of the way. It wasn’t an easy journey—there were failures and challenges along the way—but seeing my ideas take shape kept me motivated. Over time, my vision for a brand that simplifies outdoor life became a reality.

The Birth of Traverseon and Our Global Partners

In 2024, Traverseon was born, turning years of dreams into reality. What makes us truly unique is our global team. My partners from Germany and Australia, all passionate about the outdoors, have helped shape the brand and bring diverse perspectives. This collaborative approach has made Traverseon more than just a brand—it’s a shared mission to simplify outdoor life.
