4. Depth Behind Seats: Closed tailgate to back of 2nd row.
5. 1.8m Level Height: Floor to ceiling, measured 1.8m inward from tailgate.

Shipping & Delivery

• Time: ~30 business days. Actual timing varies based on port schedules, customs, weather, and carrier capacity.
• Dispatch: Orders are prepared immediately. However, for this system, production only begins after our team verifies your 5-point vehicle measurements to ensure proper fitment.
• Verification Delay: If measurements or address validation are pending, dispatch will be paused until we receive your confirmation.

Address Requirements (NO PO BOXES)

• Strict Policy: We deliver to physical residential or commercial addresses only. We CANNOT ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO, or remote areas. * Accuracy: A valid phone number and gate code (if applicable) are mandatory. Any fees from incorrect addresses or failed deliveries are the customer’s responsibility.

1. SEE1 Return Protection (100% Refund Coverage)

If you opt-in and purchase SEE1 Return Protection at checkout, our standard "Final Sale" policy is waived.

• 100% Refund: You are eligible for a full refund of the product purchase price if you wish to return the platform for any reason (including change of mind or ordering errors).
• Policy Terms: All SEE1 protected returns must be filed directly through the SEE1 portal and adhere strictly to SEE1's specific submission timelines and return windows.

2. Standard Orders - Final Sale & No “Change of Mind” Returns (Without SEE1)

For all orders placed without SEE1 Return Protection, all sales are final. Due to the oversized nature, high sea freight costs, and the calibration of this system to your vehicle’s specific measurements, we do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind, ordered by mistake, or no longer needed.
• “It didn’t fit” due to incorrect measurements provided or a misunderstanding of vehicle requirements.
• Please follow our Bespoke Fitment Protocol carefully before purchase.

3. Eligible Returns (Damage & Defects)

We will provide replacement parts, an exchange, or a refund only if the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.

• Requirement: You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Evidence Needed: Photos/videos of the issue, the outer packaging, and the shipping label.
• Resolution: We prioritize sending replacement parts for the fastest resolution. Refunds are only issued if the item is confirmed unusable and cannot be repaired with parts.

4. Shipping Damage Claims

For visible shipping damage:

• IMPORTANT: Note the damage on the carrier's Delivery Receipt before signing.
• Photograph the damage and keep all packaging materials. Carrier notes at delivery are critical for speeding up insurance claims.

5. Cancellations

• Pre-Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund (minus payment processing fees) before the item leaves our warehouse.
• Post-Dispatch: Once the shipment is in transit or loaded for sea freight, cancellation is not possible. Any intercept or storage fees will be at the customer's expense.

6. Failed Delivery & PO Box Restrictions

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address (including PO Boxes), no recipient available, or refusal of delivery:

• All additional costs (return freight, daily storage fees, re-delivery) will be deducted from your refund or billed to you.

7. Return Condition (If Approved)

If a return is exceptionally approved in writing:

• The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original heavy-duty packaging.
• Note: Return shipping for oversized freight is the customer's responsibility and is extremely expensive (often exceeding $300+). Unauthorized returns will be rejected.
