Cold-Proof, Cabin-Warm

This 5000W premium air parking heater starts quickly even in -40℃ frigid mornings, and works well in high-altitude areas—solving the troubles of “frozen cabs and failed heating” during cold northern or plateau drives, so you can feel warm as soon as you get in. It runs on diesel , saves energy while maintaining smart constant temperature; paired with an ultra-quiet motor, it won’t disturb rest, and low-voltage protection adds extra safety.

Whether it’s long-haul truck overnight stays, outdoor car parking, or cab heating for various vehicles, its extended heat dissipation chamber heats up fast, making driving life cozy and worry-free in any scenario.

Functions

5000W Heating Output, Fast Warm-Up in Extreme Cold
Rated 5000W heating capacity (heat output), combined with an extended heat-exchange chamber and thickened heat-absorbing fins, allows fast start-up and stable heating even in –40°C extreme cold. Whether for overnight parking in heavy trucks or cold-morning starts in sedans and SUVs, the cabin temperature rises quickly with no long preheating wait. Supports a wide operating temperature range from –40°C to 50°C for year-round use.

Smart Thermostat with Low-Voltage Protection, Stable Long-Term Use
Features intelligent temperature control to automatically maintain a comfortable range while reducing unnecessary fuel consumption. Uses diesel, which is widely available and well suited for long, continuous heating. Built-in low-voltage protection adjusts or shuts down operation when voltage is abnormal, helping prevent vehicle starting issues—ideal for long-term parking or low-temperature operation in trucks, RVs, and engineering vehicles.

12V / 24V DC Powered, Compatible with Multiple Vehicle Cabins
Powered by a 12V / 24V DC electrical system, designed to integrate with the vehicle’s existing DC power architecture and accommodate different electrical configurations. Widely compatible with sedans, SUVs, RVs, pickup trucks, heavy-duty trucks, vans, construction machinery, and special-purpose vehicle cabins. Simply confirm vehicle voltage before installation.

Heating, Preheating, and Defrosting Combined for Multiple Scenarios
Designed not only for cabin heating, but also to assist with cold-start preheating of air-cooled engines in low-temperature conditions. Can additionally be used for windshield defrosting and demisting, improving driving safety and usability across commuting, transport, and job-site scenarios.

Up to 3000 m Altitude Adaptability, Stable High-Elevation Operation
Supports operation at altitudes of up to 3000 meters, maintaining stable heating performance even in low-oxygen environments. Effectively avoids the insufficient heating or unstable operation commonly seen with standard heaters in mountainous or plateau regions.

Ultra-Quiet Operation, Comfortable Driving and Rest
Equipped with a low-noise motor and optimized air-duct design to minimize operating sound while heating continuously. Whether used during daily commuting in sedans, long-distance travel in SUVs, or overnight rest in trucks, it provides warmth without disturbing driving or sleep.

Remote Start Supported, Easier Use in Cold Conditions
Supports remote activation, allowing the heater to be started before entering the cabin. No need to wait in a cold interior—step directly into a warm and comfortable space, ideal for winter mornings or overnight stops.

Compact Integrated Structure, Flexible and Durable Installation
Compact construction allows flexible installation within the vehicle cabin while saving space. The integrated structure and durable materials provide strong resistance to vibration and wear, making it suitable for long-term use in demanding road or work environments.

Complete Accessories Included, Ready for Use After Installation
Supplied with a full set of installation and operation accessories, including the main unit, intake and exhaust components, wiring harness, and remote control. No additional purchases required—once installed, the system is ready for immediate use.

Installation Essentials & Safety Guidelines

  • Emissions & High Temperature: The heater emits toxic exhaust gases and generates high temperatures during combustion. It must be installed strictly according to the instruction manual.
  • Piping & Placement: Secure all fuel and exhaust pipes firmly to prevent vibration damage (recommended support spacing: approx. 50cm). Do not point the hot air outlet toward vehicle temperature sensors, people, or heat-sensitive materials to avoid damage or injury.
  • Air Intake Protection: If no intake pipe is used, a protective screen must be installed over the air intake to prevent fan damage.
  • Operational Safety: Do not power on the unit until the installation is fully completed. Never open the heater casing while it is in operation.
  • Application & Space: This unit is designed specifically for vehicles and is not suitable for continuous indoor heating (e.g., residential bedrooms). Ensure sufficient installation clearance and keep the surrounding area free of clutter.
  • Hazardous Materials: Keep fuel tanks, canisters, aerosol sprays, gas cylinders, fire extinguishers, and flammable materials (like mops or cloths) well away from the heater.
  • Maintenance: Regularly inspect the intake protective screen. A thorough cleaning is essential before each heating season.
  • Electrical Protection: Use only the specified fuse type when replacing damaged fuses.
  • Troubleshooting & Professional Service: Perform a test run before seasonal use. If you notice continuous black smoke, abnormal combustion noise, a strong smell of fuel, or other malfunctions, shut down the heater immediately and pull the fuse. The unit must only be restarted after inspection by factory-trained professionals.
  • Air Quality: Position the heater to ensure that exhaust fumes from the engine or the heater itself are not drawn into the air intake, preventing contamination of the heated air.
  • Preventing Thermal Short-Circuiting: Ensure the hot air from the outlet is not directly recirculated back into the intake, as this causes a "short-circuit" cycle that compromises efficiency.
