• Pet Fit: Maximum load is a reference only. Fit also depends on your pet’s body length, height, width, and shape. Choose a size that gives your pet enough room to sit, turn around, and lie down comfortably.
• Top-Opening Entry: The top-opening design makes it easier to place cats or small dogs in from above, especially for pets that may resist entering through a side door. After placing your pet inside and closing the top panel, make sure the top panel, side door, and snap-locks are fully closed and secured before carrying.
