What heat settings does the pad offer?
It offers three heat levels: approximately 40°C (104°F) on Low, 50°C (122°F) on Medium, and 65°C (149°F) on High, giving you more flexibility for different indoor and outdoor conditions.
How long can it run on a power bank?
Reference runtime is approximately 5 hours on High, 7 hours on Medium, and 9 hours on Low. Actual runtime depends on power-bank capacity and output, ambient temperature, and the selected heat setting.
Is a power bank included?
No. The pad requires a compatible 5V/2A USB power bank, allowing you to choose a battery capacity that matches your expected use time.
Is the heating pad washable?
