FAQs
Can I use the gloves while charging? Do they support fast charging?
No. Do not use the gloves while charging. The gloves have a built-in, non-removable 1200mAh lithium battery and charge via a Type-C USB cable. A full charge takes approximately 3 hours. Fast charging is not supported. The charging cable is included (adapter not included). The display on the back of the glove shows battery level; 100% indicates a full charge.
Why doesn’t the entire glove feel warm immediately after turning it on? Is this normal?
Yes, this is normal. The heating element is located on the back of the hand, which helps warm the core area first. After turning the gloves on, allow about 2 minutes of preheating. Once the inside warms up, the inner fleece lining helps retain heat and gradually warms the entire glove.
How long do the gloves last on a full charge? Why does the runtime vary?
On a full charge, typical runtime is: Low (40°C): approx. 1 hour Medium (50°C): approx. 40 minutes High (60°C): approx. 20 minutes Actual runtime may vary depending on ambient temperature, wind conditions, and selected heat level. Colder environments and higher settings will naturally consume more power.
Can the gloves be washed or used in the rain?
Washing is not recommended. Please clean the surface using a damp cloth only. The gloves feature water-repellent fabric suitable for light rain or snow splashes, but they are not designed for prolonged immersion or heavy rain, which may affect the heating system and battery.
