Description

40 kg (88 lb) Framed Hunting Pack, Carry Gear In and Haul Game Back Out

Built around an internal aluminum frame, this heavy-load hunting backpack supports up to 40 kg (88 lb) and expands from approximately 41L to 65.5L. Carry clothing, food, water, optics and field essentials into the hunting area, then open the external meat-hauling compartment between the main pack and frame for the pack-out. Game bags stay outside the main storage compartment, helping keep blood and game residue away from clothing, food and other clean gear.

The adjustable back panel, padded hip belt and multi-point compression straps help keep heavy loads positioned closer to the body and frame with less shifting over uneven terrain. A quiet aluminum frame works with our proprietary ultra-quiet 800D hunting fabric to reduce both structural noise and rubbing sounds against clothing, branches and brush, helping lower the chance of unnecessary pack noise alerting game during stalking and close approaches. The same proprietary fabric features a Signature Camo Aesthetic with a more distinctive, design-forward character than conventional hunting prints. Bow and rifle carry, a built-in rain cover, blaze-orange visibility flag and hydration compartment add practical support for bow season, firearm season, day hunts and short overnight trips. The pack measures approximately 62.4 × 46.6 × 13.4 cm (24.57 × 18.33 × 5.27 in), weighs 2.89 kg (6.38 lb), and is available in Camo Gray and Camo Green.

Functions
  • Up to 40 kg (88 lb) Maximum Load, Built for Heavy Pack-Outs
The built-in aluminum internal frame works with reinforced webbing, locking buckles and multi-point compression straps to support loads up to 40 kg (88 lb). When the return trip gets heavier, the pack provides the structure needed to carry game bags, clothing, water and bulky hunting gear together.
  • External Expandable Meat-Hauling Compartment, Keep Game Outside the Main Pack
An expandable hauling space opens between the main pack and aluminum frame, giving harvested game a dedicated position outside the main storage compartment. Game bags stay separated from clothing, food and essential supplies, keeping blood and game residue from entering the main pack during the trip back.
  • Built-In Aluminum Internal Frame, Keep Heavy Loads Supported and Close
The aluminum frame helps the pack maintain its structure instead of sagging or folding under a heavy load. Game meat and bulky equipment can be compressed closer to the frame, creating a more concentrated load for woodland trails, steep climbs and downhill pack-outs.
  • Approx. 41–65.5L Expandable Capacity, Pack Compact and Expand for the Haul
Keep the pack closer to approximately 41L while carrying clothing, food, water, optics and everyday hunting essentials into the field. When game meat or additional gear needs to come back out, the storage expands to approximately 65.5L, adapting one pack to both stages of the hunt.
  • Adjustable Back Panel & Padded Hip Belt, Dial In a Closer Fit for Long Miles
Multiple back-panel positions let you adjust the shoulder harness to better match your torso, while the padded hip belt helps keep the loaded pack closer to the waist and hips. Honeycomb mesh cushioning adds support and airflow for long approaches, steep terrain and demanding return trips.
  • Bow & Rifle Carry System, Keep Both Hands Free on the Trail
A lower support boot and adjustable front retention straps secure a bow or rifle against the outside of the pack. Keep your hands available for trekking poles, climbing, glassing or organizing gear, with one carry system suited to both bow season and firearm season.
  • Quiet Aluminum Frame, Reduce Mechanical Noise Under Heavy Loads
The aluminum support frame is designed to stay quieter under load, helping reduce unnecessary shifting and mechanical noise as you move. Whether crossing woodland, climbing uneven terrain or closing the distance on game, the pack structure is less likely to become an unwanted source of sound.
  • Proprietary Ultra-Quiet 800D Hunting Fabric, Move Without Alerting Game
Our proprietary 800D hunting fabric is engineered to minimize the friction and rubbing noise commonly created when a backpack contacts clothing, branches, brush and surrounding vegetation. During stalking, scouting and close approaches, fewer unnecessary fabric sounds help reduce the chance of revealing your position and alerting nearby game.
  • Signature Camo Aesthetic, Stand Apart from Generic Hunting Prints
The same proprietary fabric features our signature camo pattern with a more layered, distinctive visual character than conventional hunting prints. It maintains the field-ready look expected from serious hunting gear while giving the backpack a recognizable design identity that feels more refined than ordinary camouflage equipment.
  • Compression Straps & Reinforced Webbing, Hold Bulky Loads More Securely
Multi-point compression straps tighten game meat and oversized gear closer to the frame, helping reduce shifting as the terrain changes. Reinforced bar-tacked webbing strengthens key load points, while elastic strap keepers control loose ends around brush and narrow trails.
  • Rain Cover, Blaze-Orange Flag & Hydration Compartment, Stay Ready as Conditions Change
A built-in rain cover adds protection when the weather changes, while the integrated blaze-orange flag can be deployed when greater field visibility is needed. The hydration compartment supports easier drinking during long approaches, and the sternum-strap whistle adds another practical feature for time spent in remote terrain.

Warm Tips

  • Maximum Load: The 40 kg (88 lb) rating refers to the backpack’s maximum load and is not a guaranteed comfort level for every user. Carrying comfort varies with physical condition, torso adjustment, load distribution, terrain and distance. Begin with a lighter load before progressing to heavier pack-outs.
  • Load Placement: Position game bags and other heavy items close to the aluminum frame, ideally around the middle or upper-middle section of the back. After loading, tighten the meat-hauling compartment, pack connection straps and compression straps to help reduce shifting on uneven terrain.
  • Game Transport & Cleaning: Use suitable game bags when transporting harvested meat. The external hauling compartment keeps blood and residue outside the main storage area, but the hauling surface, webbing and frame should still be cleaned after use. Spot clean with cold water and mild detergent, then air dry completely before storage.
  • Bow & Rifle Carry: Before carrying a bow or rifle, make sure the lower support boot, front retention straps and buckles are fully secured. Firearms should be unloaded before attachment or transport, with the muzzle kept in a safe direction. Follow current state and local hunting and firearm regulations.
  • Rain Cover & Hydration: The built-in rain cover provides added protection in changing weather but does not make the fabric, zippers or meat-hauling area fully waterproof. A hydration compartment is included; the hydration reservoir is not included.
  • Blaze-Orange Visibility Flag: The integrated blaze-orange flag helps improve visibility but does not replace hunter-orange clothing required by local law. Requirements may vary by state, species and hunting season.

FAQs

What is the maximum load capacity of the backpack?

The backpack supports a maximum load of 40 kg (88 lb). Its built-in aluminum internal frame works with reinforced webbing, locking buckles and multi-point compression straps to support game bags and heavy hunting gear. The 40 kg rating is a maximum load, not a guaranteed comfort level for every user. Actual carrying comfort depends on physical condition, torso adjustment, load placement, terrain and distance.

Where is the meat-hauling compartment, and can blood enter the main pack?

The expandable meat-hauling compartment is positioned outside the main storage area, between the pack body and aluminum frame. Game bags remain separate from clothing, food and supplies, preventing blood and game residue from entering the main compartment. Suitable game bags are recommended, and the external hauling area, webbing and frame should be cleaned after use.

How should I adjust and load the pack for better stability?

Adjust the back panel and shoulder harness to match your torso, then secure the padded hip belt around the waist and hips. Position game bags and other heavy items close to the aluminum frame, ideally around the middle or upper-middle section of the back. Tighten the hauling compartment, connection straps and compression straps after loading to help reduce movement on uneven terrain.

Can the pack carry both a bow and a rifle, and what is included?

Yes. The lower support boot and adjustable front retention straps support external bow or rifle carry for both bow season and firearm season. The package includes the hunting backpack, built-in rain cover and integrated blaze-orange flag. A hydration reservoir, bow, rifle, game bags, pistol holster and other displayed gear are not included. The rain cover adds weather protection but does not make the entire pack fully waterproof.
