Held up in Texas wind

I wasn't sure these were worth it after reading way too many reviews, but I finally grabbed them for our weekend camping trips outside Dallas. First time out was midday, cold and windy, hiking with my parents, and they held fine. The high-strength nylon paired with an abrasion-resistant, reflective build means I can spot them with a headlamp. Four ropes, one of each color, which helps when two kids are helping. Shipping took a little longer than I expected. Honestly, that's how they ended up next to the coffee maker for a week. Not fancy. Who else loses gear in their own kitchen?

Fine, but the price bugs me

It's okay. Not amazing. I waited three weeks for a sale because I read the one-star reviews first, and I'm still not sure it earns what I paid. Four of them came in the box, one per color, which was more than I needed, so my kid immediately claimed one as theirs and I haven't seen it since. The material feels sturdy enough in the hand. First real test was 5 a.m. camping with my neighbor, clear and dry, and it did its job. Two weeks in, nothing's broken. That's where I'm at.

Takes up no room

Previous one was a beast to store, so I wanted something that wouldn't eat up space. Tried it first at dusk out on the lanai, dog tangling around my legs. Whatever it's made from, a month of salt air hasn't touched it, and the color options meant I could pick one that blends into the wall. Slides behind the door. Still there.

Sturdier than expected

Took it camping my first night, got dark way before I set it up. It's sturdier than the cheap one I snapped in a week. Not flimsy. Roughly 9pm when I finally got it going.

Small and still going

Sunday morning was cold and windy, so my partner and I took it out on the trail before I handed anything over to my parents. It's small. That's what I needed — something that wouldn't take up space in their closet. I've been driving over on Sundays to check on them, and easy for older hands matters more than anything. The nylon shell shrugged off the wind and didn't soak through when the mist picked up. Colors are decent — I grabbed the dark green, but the red and yellow were tempting. Three weeks in and it's held up. No tears. Nothing loose. Flat enough to tuck under their sink, which is where it'll probably end up. The receipt is still taped to the box in the garage, mostly because I keep forgetting to—
